CamsoftAITech is the AI arm of Camsoft Solutions. We develop secure AI-powered software, including technology designed to help individuals prepare information for a will that is then reviewed and finalised by a qualified solicitor.
For data-protection purposes, the Camsoft entity identified in the relevant service, engagement or partnership documentation will act as the data controller for that activity. For general website enquiries and early-access requests, you can contact us at contact@camsoftaitech.com.
Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.
Information you provide
Your name, email address, organisation, role, telephone number, enquiry details, early-access request and any other information you choose to send through our forms or communications.
Service and will-preparation information
When the service is available, this may include identity and contact details, family and beneficiary information, executor or guardian details, asset and liability information, instructions, documents and other information needed to prepare a draft for solicitor review.
Technical and usage information
IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, approximate location derived from an IP address, timestamps, diagnostic logs and security events.
Professional-partner information
Business contact details, professional role, firm details, correspondence and information needed to manage a solicitor, supplier or commercial relationship.
How we use your information

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the content of your will or your private instructions for unrelated advertising.

AI-assisted processing and solicitor review
CamsoftAITech may use AI-assisted tools to organise answers, identify missing or inconsistent information, generate structured text and flag matters for closer review. These tools support preparation; they do not replace professional legal judgement.
A qualified solicitor reviews and finalises the will. We do not intend to make a solely automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect without appropriate human involvement. Where applicable, you may ask for more information about automated processing and request human review.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the country where you live. When personal information is transferred from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom to a country without an adequacy decision, we use an approved transfer mechanism and additional safeguards where required, such as standard contractual clauses and security assessments.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including service delivery, security, dispute resolution and legal, professional, tax or regulatory obligations.
- General enquiries and early-access requests are normally retained while the request is active and for a reasonable follow-up period.
- Account, transaction and service records are retained for the applicable contractual and legal period.
- Draft and final will-related records are retained according to the service arrangement, your instructions, the solicitor's professional obligations and applicable law.
- Security and diagnostic logs are retained for a limited period proportionate to security and operational needs.
When information is no longer required, we delete it securely or anonymise it so that it can no longer identify you.
How we protect information
We use organisational and technical safeguards designed for sensitive, business-critical information. These may include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, authentication, logging, monitoring, secure development practices, backups, vulnerability management and supplier due diligence.
No system can guarantee absolute security. You should use a strong, unique password, protect access to your email and devices, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have the right to:
